Mazeida helps to create a positive environment for ThinkPlace’s clients and designers in Singapore, and is responsible for managing operational needs across the business. With a strong background in customer service, she uses her interpersonal skills to engage both the ThinkPlace team and clients in order to provide the necessary support. Mazeida also has experience in operational management and has a keen eye for detail. As a talented multitasker, she is open to learning and taking on new challenges while managing her daily operational tasks.
Prior to ThinkPlace, Mazeida worked for various private and public sector organisations, mostly in service and operations management roles. She has a decade of experience supporting teams of diverse backgrounds and is adept at operating with the perfect mix of authority, diplomacy and tact.
