You'll work on a variety of strategy, service and organisational design projects.

At ThinkPlace we work on complex problems using design thinking and creativity to co-design with clients all over the world.

What you'll be doing

  • Helping clients define a new direction
  • Designing and prototyping new services to create a better experience
  • Collaborating with world-leading experts
  • Challenging yourself to learn new skills and methodologies
  • Conducting user research to inform public policy and service delivery
  • Redesigning business models, processes, capabilities and structures to create value.

You must be…

  • An Australian citizen, or person with a working visa.
  • Willing to travel domestically (and potentially globally).

What you'll be paid (package range):  $56,226 – $61,143 (ThinkPlace has a structured progression program linked to individual performance)
