Brodie’s expertise in project and program management has seen her lead large scale transformation, engagement and capability programs both nationally and internationally. Much like a film producer, Brodie practices the art of leading creative and multidisciplinary teams on ThinkPlace’s most complex projects.

Brodie has designed & delivered programs to tackle the thorniest challenges across government, education and non-for-profit sectors. Her work has improved outcomes in education, regulation, gender equality, tourism, child protection, regional and disadvantaged communities.

Brodie is most proud of her work designing programs with appropriate support structures that enable people to overcome barriers to participation including socioeconomic, mental health, social, health, cultural, or disability.

A certified Agile Scrum Master, Brodie expertly blends traditional project management methodologies with agile approaches to deliver high quality project outcomes on time and on budget.
