Cass is inherently curious about why people do the things they do. She believes that every voice is valuable and worth listening to, and the best solutions come from deeply understanding the lived experiences of the people and organisations you are designing for. She is passionate about working with people with different viewpoints to unlock and build the potential of others, and design human-centred solutions that work.
Spotting the difference that makes the difference, is Cass’ special talent. She excels at tuning into people’s unspoken needs and wants, and her adaptability enables her to consistently deliver excellence with a level head. Cass’ background in qualitative research and strategy, means she can intuitively synthesise complex information and various forms of expression, transforming seemingly disparate parts into meaningful anchors for action.
Cass has a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing, and a Masters in Commerce majoring in Management, with Distinction. Her thesis titled “facilitators and inhibitors to visualisation in organisational practice” combined her two passions: design and strategy. She sought to uncover why useful design practices, like visualisation, are not more commonly adopted in organisations.
