With a decade worth of experience in service design as a senior practitioner and teacher for Inland Revenue, NZ Customs Service and Ministry of Education, she has a great understanding of the machinery of government and how to navigate through it. Her experience working in government has taught her agility, flexibility and, most importantly, patience.
She is a skilled facilitator and driven by a passion for understanding people in their context. She believes that combining empathic design with enthusiasm, resilience and collaboration to helps people find better ways of thinking, doing and changing.
