Raffaella’s passion is for transforming public sector organisations and creating social impact
using design thinking, human centred design and other methodologies to solve complex problems in the public sector.
Raffaella has over 15 years’ experience in applied design thinking, policy design, strategy, regulation, and business design. She has led project teams on projects of national significance, major reforms, and change agendas across a range of government agencies.
She works alongside senior executive levels of government, front line staff, industry and the community to design the best possible solutions to public sector challenges, through co-design, collaboration, co-creation, research, strategy and business design.
She has worked extensively in policy, service delivery, regulatory, and law enforcement areas, and helped a wide range of organisations to innovate by design, in the justice, defence, national security, environment, and human services sectors.
Raffaella has a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance from the University of Canberra, Australia and degree level courses in Business Administration from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. She is also certified in Prince2 Project Management by Adaptive Frameworks.
