Wai draws from her experience in design thinking and user experience design to capture real insights about people, to gain a comprehensive understanding of behaviours, relationships and systems. She understands the significance and necessity for empathy and collaboration in a co-design process to create bridges between individuals and organisations. She has worked on projects to discover insights about users through interviews and testing, to design for a more user-friendly digital employee engagement platform.
With strong visual and communication design skills across print and digital, Wai thoughtfully translates complex ideas into visually captivating and easily comprehendible forms.
Wai has a Bachelors in International Studies and a Masters in Design and combines her knowledge of both areas to explore design thinking as a method of implementing change towards a more sustainable future.
