Her background in project management enhances her ability to support the successful delivery of projects and the realization of innovative ideas.
With over 7 years of experience, Catherine serves as a financial advisor to Practice Leads, offering in-depth performance analysis and strategic insights. She ensures that teams are consistently informed about their progress against set targets. Her strong interpersonal skills, patience, and commitment to excellence make her a valued guide and mentor, as she advises both leadership and team members on best practices to optimize business and individual performance.
Additionally, Catherine supports the Winning Work team by ensuring accurate capture and reporting of weighted pipeline data, contributing to strategic decision-making and business forecasting.
Catherine is a Certified Public Accountant (Kenya) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
