With a diverse background in Engineering, Project Management, and Technology, Samrawit has collaborated to implement Initiatives in Entrepreneurship, Education, E-commerce, Equality and Peace; empower and transform her community by driving economic and social changes together with like minds using Human-Centered Design.

She is inspired by the Scalable Social and Behavioral Change Strategies she can cocreate with the team and stakeholders. Her expertise spans startup incubator and accelerator programs, training facilitation, Gender equality, cross-border community service and mentorship through different organizations like Rotary International. 

Before her tenure at ThinkPlace, Samrawit significantly impacted a country-wide job creation project. Her role involved managing partnerships, community engagements, outreach activities, and training. She also developed and delivered training using a series game to combat Sexual and Gender-Based Violence in Vocational Colleges over 5 cities, contributing to gender sensitization, empowerment, create and activate agents of change. 

Her involvement in developing innovative solutions and communication strategies, safeguarding advocacy, operations management, account management, coordination, and event management widened her capability.

Samrawit engaged with local and international organizations in different development areas, ensuring quality and inclusive program design and implementation.
