Nuredin is a certified financial analyst with several years of expertise. As a finance analyst, He manages all aspects of finance and administration, including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking and reconciliations, and budget creation and tracking, in addition to writing and maintaining the Operations Manual and Employee Handbook. I develop company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with legal requirements such as business regulations, labor laws, tax laws, insurance requirements, industry standards, etc. ​

Nuredin also provide strategic analyses for senior management to determine whether projects and the company are achieving their goals. He also prepares quarterly financial statements and special reports requested by stakeholders. In addition, he acts as the hub for managing human resources and communicating with external consultants.
