PhilippinesRonan Renz Napoto is a development-oriented engineer and behavioral strategist with over six years of experience designing and leading insight-driven programs in community resilience, social development, and policy advocacy. He blends systems thinking, engineering acumen, and qualitative research to create scalable, context-responsive solutions that address complex social challenges.
Ronan applies a behavioral lens to strategy and implementation using social insights, participatory methods, and human-centered design to improve program planning, engagement, and decision-making. His work spans public health, disaster risk reduction, gender equity, education, and climate resilience, focusing on inclusive approaches that align with community realities. He has led projects across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, collaborating with local governments, civil society, and international partners. With strong experience in qualitative research, Ronan uses tools such as surveys, interviews, systems mapping, and social sensing to uncover behavioral drivers and support program design.
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Development Sociology, he continues to deepen his expertise in systems thinking and social behavior and structure. Ronan is passionate about bridging engineering, data, and society-building solutions that are technically grounded, socially attuned, and ready for the future.
