Sarah Milanoi is passionate about people, social change and Innovation. She is a firm believer in lifelong learning and constantly seeks opportunities to learn new things and ways of doing things. She is passionate about young people with a keen interest in the empowerment of young girls. She has worked in the mentorship space with the School-Series Program both as a mentor and content creator facilitating the empowerment of young people to make better choices in life. Notably, she contributed to the restructuring of the School-Series Toolkit-a handbook with a set of skills for guiding young people. Sarah also assisted in the successful implementation and reporting of the mentorship project.
Additionally, she has worked with Population Services Kenya as a Program assistant mainly supporting the implementation of the Jilinde project in promoting PrEP uptake amongst target users and offered administrative support to other HIV Intervention Programs within the Department. With an educational background in Community Development, Sarah is keen on ensuring that communities are deeply engaged in the design process every step of the way.
