Aadya is a Business Designer with a Strategic Design and Management background, who takes inspiration from the places she goes and people she meets along the way. With research and ideation being her strong suit, she doesn’t shy away from a good challenge.

Keeping empathy at the center of her work, her projects have spanned a spectrum of sectors, such as Healthcare, ESG, Real Estate, and FMCG strategy, to name a few. She has also worked in facilitating community leadership workshops for social impact. Throughout these various projects, she’s harnessed skills in being a strong team player, attention to detail, a strong communicator and a firm believer in collaborating with fellow designers and the people she’s designing for.

Aadya has a Bachelor of Vocation in Design (Strategic Design and Management). She is passionate about research, creative strategy, cross-collaboration, and designing for a better future.
