Anna Liza’s experience over the last 20 years has spanned challenges such as innovation in local government upskilling intervention for displaced and disadvantaged people, gender equity and equality in implementing emergency employment during disaster, leveraging cloud technologies to provide government services to the public specifically at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, and designing engaging materials for the educational sector.​

With almost a decade experience with local governments, Anna Liza comes from a background of policy design and implementation grounded on the reality on the ground while her training on project management, futures thinking and human centred design gives her a holistic perspective in managing and supporting high level dialogues including those on universal health.​

In ThinkPlace, Anna Liza has provided support for a few projects including behavioural change in solid waste management and circular economy, and research on public health amongst others.​

Anna Liza holds an Executive Master in Disaster Risk and Crisis Management from the Asian Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst Level 2 passer.​
