Grace believes public and private value are not mutually exclusive and that the best organisations achieve their goals through the advancement of social and environmental interests. She is interested in the dynamic and powerful area of organizational responsibility, and how strategy centered around solid values can create long-term success. Grace is interested in drawing together stakeholders to create meaningful change across a range of contexts.

Grace is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research, combining the analytical insights drawn from diverse data with the depth of a human-centered approach. She has well developed communication skills, engaging clients in complex processes and articulately conveying outcomes. Grace holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in International Business and Marketing, and is completing Honours research in Corporate Social Responsibility.
