Jacqueline is passionate about social innovation, rapid prototyping, entrepreneurship and sustainable solutions for complex systems. Born in Brazil she is trained in international affairs, project management for development and social innovation. She has a diversified experience working with government, INGO, social business, private sector, and entrepreneurs.

She has had professional and immersive experiences in countries like Colombia, Mozambique, Kenya, Uganda, and Brazil. Her strong facilitation skills, leadership, entrepreneur experience, and adaptability allow her to turn people’s perspective and ideas into disruptive strategies to achieve social impact through immersive research, rapid prototyping, and co-design.

She has applied her academic and professional background to her design work in order to ensure that the community’s perspectives are included in the design of scalable, sustainable solutions.

Most recently, she worked on the restructuring of UNHCR processes in Brazil, in a leadership program focus on NGO in Brazil, a behavior change project with the Big Win in Mozambique, rapid prototype on behavior change with PSI Mozambique. The latter focused to increase the adoption of contraceptives methods between adolescents girls and a sprint design with PSI Mozambique to improve the quality of counseling session for adolescent girls.
