Maryann’s experience spans across the past 5 years and has led to proficiency in facilitating, researching, and designing interventions. She is aptly able to engage various stakeholders in empathy and inspire participation.

At ThinkPlace she has worked on multiple projects that involve conducting research and designing interventions that help improve access and increase uptake of different services as well as facilitating change in behaviour across various communities. These projects spanning across different countries in Africa are also on different topics ranging from maternal health, and immunization to agriculture.

Apart from her proficiency in conducting research and designing interventions, Maryann also has commendable facilitation and analytical skills. She can effectively break down complex issues into small actionable areas. She is deeply empathetic which allows her to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Maryann is also highly skilled in project management having accrued years of experience in the field before joining ThinkPlace.
