Stephen is passionate about creating and building a sustainable future. He is deeply interested in opportunities to innovate for complex challenges in health, nutrition, financial inclusion and education through collaboration, and the development of scalable programs to create social impact for the most vulnerable populations.

He has over 7 years of demonstrated experience providing technical leadership for multi-disciplinary teams of researchers and program partners and directing the design and implementation of rigorous research studies related to adolescent health, education, HIV/AIDS and Maternal Health. He has also designed human-centered solutions for Nutrition and Sexual and Reproductive Health in East Africa.

At ThinkPlace Kenya, Stephen has been in involved in designing human-centred solutions for programs around Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive health for Mercy Corps, Service Delivery Redesign of Maternal healthcare for Jacaranda Health and Digital Early Education for World Reader. In these projects he has focused on capacity building and behaviour change to support impactful change in communities.​
