Tayla is a skilled experience designer, delivery manager and user researcher. She believes that through the use of various design practices (life centred design, design thinking, design futures, etc) within government we are given a way to be agile, economical and intelligent in meeting both the challenges that are pressing in the present and the new ones that will continually appear in the future. Tayla has 12+ years of experience working with State and Federal government clients on a range of large digital transformations programs. Her experience includes several years working for Deloitte Digital and her most recent stint with the Digital Transformation Agency where she was the delivery manager for the GovX Program.

Tayla has a passion for making an impact on the lives of others, this could be through sustainable and future-ready designs, improving government service delivery or her desire for continual learning. She has a Diploma in Project Management, a Bachelor’s in Business, a Masters in Design Futures and is SCRUM certified. She is currently undertaking her Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Agriculture.

Tayla has had the privilege to work with clients such as the Digital Transformation Agency, Services Australia, the Department of Health and Aged Care, the Department of Defence, the Department of Finance, the Department of Industry, the Department of Education and Training, various State Governments, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and the Australian Cyber Security Centre where she was able to help them to solve complex problems and deliver tangible outcomes.
